Admission Process
Step-by-step guide to secure your admission
Online Registration
Register online through the SAMS (Student Academic Management System) portal of Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha.
Fill Application Form
Complete the online application form with accurate personal, academic, and contact details. Upload required documents.
Choice Selection
Select Aeronautics College as your preferred choice along with course preferences during the choice filling process.
Document Verification
Visit the college for document verification as per the schedule provided by SAMS. Bring all original documents.
Fee Payment
Pay the admission fees online through the SAMS portal after seat allotment and document verification.
Admission Confirmation
Report to the college with the fee receipt and complete the admission formalities to confirm your seat.
Eligibility Criteria
Check if you meet the requirements for admission
For +2 Courses
- Passed HSC/10th standard examination from a recognized board
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved categories)
- Must be 17 years old by 31st December 2024
- Valid SAMS registration and application
For +3 Courses
- Passed +2/Higher Secondary examination from CHSE or equivalent
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved categories)
- Minimum 50% marks in the concerned subject for Honours courses
- Valid SAMS registration and application
